酒店位置很方便，和火车站、罗湖口岸整体在同一个建筑综合体内，服务态度较好。但酒店装修及设施老旧，卫生条件一般，空调效果很差，住了一夜，感觉热死了……

location is perfect if u r coming from hong kong.
after u cross luoho border hotel is just 2 mints walk . many cheap price massage centre,restaurant a big shopping mall all r in same building . i will book this hotel again in future. yes n staff was very nice but they cant speak english

原本以为酒店是紧邻火车站，原来直接就在火车站火车轨道之上，环境自然比较嘈杂也比较乱。看到酒店前台被告知是在另一边前台check in，于是从左走到右的另一边。
办理入住的时候前台服务很一般，板着脸也没礼貌用语，期间还听到一个男服务员态度很差大声地和一位长者说话。办理好之后前台把房卡给我们之后没有说任何话！我们看到房卡写着17**，觉着应该是17楼，进电梯发现没有17就想着可能是7楼吧！到七楼发现房号都是7**，就以为房卡上7前面的1只是一个记号吧，走到对应的7**门前就开不了，打电话去前台就被告知是要下回3楼然后从东走到西，就是又要走到另一边？？？
就很不明白酒店在西边为什么不能在西边的前台办理入住直接上去就OK了，在西边住却要走到东边前台办理入住，然后上到三楼从东边走回西边再上楼？？退房的时候又要长途跋涉地下来？？酒店设计可能由于特殊位置限制就算了，既然客人的房间是在另一边为什么前台不告知不提醒一下呢？？？
除此以外，房间内还算干净，但是厕所有点异味，拖鞋也比较臭…也就将就一晚吧！中途经过的三楼全都是美甲店美脚店按摩店人比较杂乱，女性入住请慎重‼️
因为下一楼要长途跋涉的，所以吃的用的建议提前买好吧！

价格还是高了点，房间比已前订用的 楼层矮了 同样价格面积小了， 又没有手机充电插座和线头 安卓 萍果机线。
