入住后发现垃圾桶有上个住客使用的纸巾安全套，房间没有暖气，被子薄，盖上柜子里的毯子还是冷，问客房部要说没有多余的被子加，请求后就多给了一床毯子，房间7:30分后楼上有重力敲打地板的大声响，像是重新装修时挖地板砖一样。

一直都比较喜欢住这一家酒店，酒店楼下酒楼是广式茶楼，无论咩时候都有广式茶点，。今次订的包早餐房，这个早餐就太差啦，餐厅就用一块板隔一下，早点款式少，质量一般，根本不值。记得以前住过这个商务楼也是带早餐的，但以前还愿意坐低慢慢品一下咖啡??

设施老旧也还算干净卫生，地理位置还不错，前台服务质量较差，效率低，服务态度差，借充电器要去一楼前台去借，交了住房押金还要另交押金
