回国转机深圳，网上看有接送机服务，落地后打酒店电话告知无法接送、需要自己打车过去（忍了），入住后电视无法正常使用、打电话给前台告知情况后无人来处理，电话告知前台第二天早上乘坐6:30的班车到机场，第二天早上6:10分下楼到大厅，前台一个瘦高个子的女孩子告知6:30的车子已经没有位子、要么自己打车、要么等7:30的车子（酒店入住时告知只有6:30、7:30、8:30就是每个点的半点才有车子送机）态度超级差、还凶我们说是头天晚上不知道和前台预约、气焰十分嚣张、语气十分不恭，好像欠她钱似的……
总结：服务超级差、以后再转深圳住汉庭、如家都不会再去他家……
