首先说我真不是一个挑剔的人，但是这次真的是体验最差的一次
从以下几点吐槽
1:下午六点到酒店了办入住，说房间还没准备好，等了半个来小时就算了，大厅乱哄哄的，吸烟一大堆，各种嘈闹，狗都还不停叫
2:没头没续办了入住，晚上快十一点了给我打电话说什么住两晚交的押金不够，让我下去缴费（就不能等第二天么，这么大晚上的，再说办入住怎么就不核对好呢）
3: 晚上洗个澡，每5秒冰水跟开水交换，冰火两重天就算了，连吹风机都没有。而且电话机还是坏的都无法使用，后来终于拨通了大堂副理的电话，那态度让我一度觉得我是犯人打电话去警察局了。
后来用自己手机打前台后，安排了保安上来经确认真的没吹风机，说去找下，结果来电话让我去别的楼层别的房间去吹头发。凌晨一点让我去别的房间吹，居然还是人家刚走还没来得急打扫的房间（脏乱可想而知）
4:想换个房还得等通知，第二天来电话说可以换，等我再打电话过去话还没说完，就来了一句我们两点退房什么一顿乱七八糟的，我要续住跟换房事情又得重新说一遍，觉得麻烦就想算了
5 等第二天下午回来，房间除了放了两条新毛巾，其他一切照旧
6 Wi-Fi差到不行，弄一个充电的还是需要缴费的！！

一切都还好，就是好大的消毒水味道，住宿期间可免费停车，退房后还可以停车三小时，这点非常人性化。

位置很好找，就在深圳北站D出口向左方步行200米左右……地段繁华，在大润发斜对面。酒店服务员很热情，早餐是牛肉粉味道不错。房间干净卫生设施还行。
