1.酒店位置很好，临近门口地下步行街就是车公庙地铁站同时有4条地铁线交汇。旁边就有两个公交站和机场大巴330站点，门口打车也很方便，可以说交通四通八达。2.前台小陈、燕子服务很好，很有耐心也很专业，热情周到入住时还给提供了茶水。3.在深圳市中心这样的房价，位置和服务，房间也是干净整洁特别是床上用品非常舒适，真的是商务出差非常好的选择。4.酒店二楼的餐厅也是非常好吃的，值得推荐，价格合理干净卫生分量也很足👍

房间比较干净，比较满意李锦记离地铁口走路大概10分钟路程，吐槽电梯，只有一台，等的时间有点长

临时有事，到店比较晚，前台帮忙留房，到店后还帮忙升级了海景房，服务非常好，酒店位置也很好，在车公庙和竹子林之间，离地铁口挺近，附近还有全家各种吃饭的地方。挺满意的。

前台燕子服务不错 友好而且为客人考虑 能弹性的处理外币押金问题 免费升级到海景房了 房间很小 不过早上醒来海景很不错 体验不错 退房很迅速 早餐品种也比较多 总体不错👍🏾
