不得不说 网络真的差，发信息都发不出去，房费又贵，还有一点叫外卖不让送上来，反正不咋的，两点前天打电话来说到时间退房了，然后 下期退房 说超过时间了，扣300押金，wifi真的是差得气人，用流量没信号!

酒店服务前天人员很差 业务不熟悉 大副来了更是 态度 讲话恶劣无道理 交新员工好骂人 脾气差死 对客户对员工都带有极大的情绪 开个房浪费我半个多小时时间 没心情住 白浪费389元 前台服务人员必须换人
