每次都会入住美丽华大酒店，并且一直住在9楼。之所以每次来都选择这里。真的被这里的服务所感动。高志萍看我有朋友来，主动帮我加了把椅子，帮我的朋友加了杯饮品。又为我们多补充了两瓶水。听我说有事着急出门，洗过的衣服还在滴水，她能够主动帮我把衣服甩干，还补充了晾衣架，方便晾衣服。让我很是欣慰。高志萍工作认真，服务到位。值得表扬。

不记得是第几次入住美丽华了，之所以每次来石这里都选择美丽华。真的被这里的服务打动了。高志萍看到朋友来主动帮我加3把椅子，帮我的朋友加了饮品，又多送了我们两瓶水，看到我白色T恤上有污渍，主动帮我处理并清洗，让我感到自己备受关注，高志平工作认真，服务周到，值得表扬

工作完成，准备返程了。享受是全方位的，楼层服务员魏俊婷、杨会引的服务热情、周到，给人如在家的感受，谢谢她们的服务；早餐厅的各位服务人员也做到了热情周到，前台接待亦是如此，总之满意！

酒店干净整洁，服务热情周到，我每次来石家庄都住美丽华大酒店，还给了菊花茶和梨水，位置好出行方便，特别是管家高志萍每次见到她都带着徽笑，有求必应服务及时，真的是太贴心了，还给提供3专用茶具，以及生的花生米，真的没有她们想不到的，酒店管理真的很捧，真心推荐的酒店，
