美丽华是品质型商务酒店，房间温馨舒适，设施齐全人性化，房间除了一次性棉拖，还有凉拖，酒店早餐品类丰富，还有河北的地方特色早点，有自助洗衣房，方便出差人士，另外前台和房管家都很热情，退房时，房管家高女士还专门送了一杯热乎的冰糖雪梨水，非常感谢！

酒店位于市中心，往中山路、广安大街都不远，周围吃饭选择也很多。住了两晚，工作人员的服务态度好得都不忍心给低分：办理入住时前台妹妹在买早餐券问题上给于划算的建议；入住的次日外出回来看到管家已经泡好了茶，细心生理期给了红糖姜茶（生理期），还看到我前一晚洗了衣服马上在房间放置一个晾衣架给我们晾，这些点点滴滴可以看出酒店非常用心地在做服务。但不得不说，酒店真的老了，崭新干净的床上用品也难掩老旧的气息，而且酒店门前马路对面有个大工地正在施工，晚上还好，白天很吵。总的来说，一晚200多已经物超所值了。

同事推荐的酒店，酒店服务非常贴心，是我住过最好酒店之一，房间设施也很好，卫生间和浴室转换门设计非常人性化，早餐品种非常丰富，远远超出我的想象；美中不足的房间稍微有点小，洗漱的龙头靠台盆太近，洗手有点会碰到台盆，卫生间有异味，窗帘边沿有点透光，如果能改进就完美了。

酒店设施还算可以，主要服务特别暖心到位。看到有洗衣服马上送来晾衣架和洗衣液。还有眼罩和姜茶，发现化妆品比较多给配了收纳盒，感谢王艳和杨俊丽贴心到没有她们想不到的。还有杜巧成帅哥由于现在酒店电梯装修我们之前的房间离电梯比较近有点吵跟他反应后马上帮我们换房间帮拿行李，楼上楼下的跑着帮刷房卡一点也不嫌麻烦，非常感激。
