服务非常贴心细致，因为有考试，前台特意说入住高层安静些，16楼管家王利敏也非常周到，很为客人考虑。自助早餐也蛮丰盛的味道不错。下次再到石家庄很愿意再次入住

今天入住在九楼，九楼管家李振芳姐姐，非常非常贴心，头天晚上洗衣服忘把卫生纸从口袋拿出弄的满衣服和地上都是卫生纸屑，姐姐非常耐心帮忙处理掉，石家庄今天下雪送了姜茶和玫瑰花茶，看到我要在酒店办公一天，拿来加湿器，送了一个可爱的小猪，诸事顺利～每次来都住这个酒店 只有这个酒店让我感觉到宾至如归就是家的感觉！非常非常推荐入住！
