来过石家庄多次还是首次入住，装修略旧，但是床品挺舒适，卫生间淋浴头略有不足。早餐尚可。前台服务非常热心，礼宾部的两个小伙子更是服务周到，给他们点个赞。

真的是服务很棒的一家酒店，服务超好，这点包括国外的星际酒店也是比不上的。我是因为工作入住了世纪大饭店，可能是因为水土不服的原因肠胃不舒服，那天早上到酒店前台办理续住，前台的receptionist杨小姐就很敏感的察觉到了我的不舒服，主动帮我安排送了一杯热水，询问我是否要去医院。下午我再次去前台帮我的外国同事续住房卡是刚好杨小姐还在，她很关切的问我的身体情况，还提醒我注意饮食的清淡和天气的变化，在前台办理完手续准备上楼时，她还电话通知了客房服务员帮我提前准备了开水。她的体贴入微让出门在外的我觉得暖暖的。客房的大姐也都很好，总是会主动问候客人。
