在此特别感谢酒店前台的服务员杨玉玲，4月底因为领导出差退房开了普票，回到公司报账程序出现问题，联系酒店刚好是杨玉玲小姐处理的我的这个电话，她先安慰我别着急，告知酒店可以给换票，因为是月底，杨小姐在不违反酒店规定的情况下提前为我开了新的专票，她还把个人微信号给了我，一直在跟进此发票直到我收到后确认无误了才放心，对于她的耐心和负责人的态度表示特别感谢

虽然设施有些旧 但是服务绝对超值 一下车就有行李生王少峰过来拿行李 把我带到总台开房 速度也挺快的 特别感谢姓智的姑娘为我介绍房间 一次不错的体验 推荐！

服务热情，小姨是个壮女人，抱着一箱矿泉水，一到门口立刻有礼宾司帮忙，。下午去太和买东西回来的时候路过总台，总台员工笑着打招呼，感觉很好。
