挺喜欢世纪大饭店的，每次出差都选择这里，今年每周都会去，体会到了酒店优质的服务，在这里我想感谢前台接待员杨玉玲，每次我到前台需要入住到先到的同事房间她省去了一系列的核实程序，有一次我就好奇的问她难道不怕安排有误吗，他竟然能很自信的说出了我同事的姓名和我的姓名，说她发现我和我同事每次都是住一间标间，这个让我特别意外，每天接待这么多人，竟然能记住顾客的姓名。另外还感谢她给我推荐了一位优秀的客户经理，更加方便了我的出行

（这是2018年3月中旬的入住）很不错的酒店，干净卫生；床品高档，睡着也很舒服；地理位置很好，交通方便，地铁新百广场C2口出来就到，还有多路公交、机场大巴；早餐丰盛；服务不错，由于对我咨询的一个问题没有及时电话回复，退房时专门道了歉并送了小礼物。总得说来物超所值，下次还会选择这里。

因为第二天要早走，前台杨玉玲主动为我安排了早餐和叫醒，这个小小举动给我们出差人提供了很大的方便。距离地铁站很方便，服务也不错。
