带着家人一起出来的，我是入住1910房的，因为自己糊涂订错了日期，到了前台才发现😴订房网客服一直联系不上，幸好在前台碰到了热心的小杨（短头发一美女），她帮我百度订房网的电话，打了好几个电话终于联系上了客服，为了避免我家人的等待，小杨先给我们办理了入住手续，在他的帮助下可算是成功修改了订单，第二天走的时候惊喜的发现还是她当班，在此特意感谢她

住过石家庄所有五星级酒店里前台服务最好的一家，员工很职业，车到酒店，开车门拉行李箱。到服务台，前台服务员看到我带着孩子，还主动加婴儿床。服务热情贴心。
