The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk to 七里山塘. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We were delighted with the hotel’s special birthday arrangement for my sister — the birthday cake was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the soya milk, dumpling soup, and porridge with assorted side dishes. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

大交通位置不错，位於山塘街旁，周边地铁公交甚至游船出行一应出行，拥有古城区难得的高层视野。
但酒店位置处於步行街区中心，要出行需步行至非步行区，受周边单行交通方式制约，出租车需绕道进出。酒店在高层大楼高层处，与低层区数个它品牌酒店共用电梯，真正能通达酒店的仅两个电梯，其中还包括一个共用货梯，低楼层处还包括一家青年旅馆，有拉低酒店档次之嫌，感观不佳。
酒店客房布局反人类，有冰箱皮保险箱，智能马桶和电动窗帘，却无衣柜，洗漱池和挂衣杆均暴露没置。马桶及洗浴独立成隔间，但洗浴室内无干浴巾及挂衣物处，洗浴更衣无法在浴室内完成，由於未设衣柜，洗後短裤内衣只能挂在大庭广众处，真不知这个无脑设计怎麽作出来的。
酒店未配洗浴拖鞋，洗衣皂，多有不便。

酒店位置很好，就在石路地铁站边上，石路步行街的正中间。周边配套也很方便，罗森名创优品麦当劳什麽的全都有，哑巴生煎也就在一楼对面，很适合旅游出行。

The 2-bedroom family suite was very spacious and perfect for us 3. It had two showers and two toilets. Perfect for no waiting time when you need to get ready to go out or after a long day. Room was clean and all the amenities you could need are included. Laundry room was modern and nicely designed. Housekeeping was timely and replenished everything including all the bedroom slippers multiple times. The housekeeping lady even gave my mom a heater when she found out my mom was freezing in the night. Staff were friendly. Some people had complained about long wait for the lifts, but we didn't experience that. The hotel had its own lift from the 14—20th floors. Location was good and you could walk easily to food and shopping. Only drawback was there isn't anyone to pick up your bags from the ground floor, so you'll need to handle that yourself.

停车场???太差劲，只能停在斜坡上，还用铁栏杆和锁环锁住，车子被人恶意刮花了，连外面的保护膜都划破划到里面的车漆，问停车管理人员完全不理财，还説这是小问题，合着不是他的车不心疼啊！！致电酒店，酒店立马撇清责任，声称该停车场只是他们的合作方，对於车子相关问题完全不担责，搞笑吧？！如果你们是开车出行千万别选这家酒店！退房的时候又听到好几个房客的车被刮花了，前台接待人员态度倒是不错就是不解决问题，没有任何形式的赔偿！只説很抱歉对於停车场发生的问题，他们酒店不负责，另外房间通风系统有很大的问题！烟味太浓了！没有禁烟措施！只有一点比较好的那就是机器人送东西挺快的，另外早餐特别难吃！迷你吧里没有任何饮料哈哈哈。

第二次来苏州入住山塘街美居酒店，前台小妹妹小雪服务态度很好，热情，让人感到很温暖。房间乾净衞生，都是全自动的，还有个小冰箱，顶层就有自助早餐，品种很多，地理位置绝佳，离山塘街步行也就五分钟，去寒山寺骑共享单车20分钟就能到，周边还有很多店铺，满足你购物需求，下次去苏州我还是会选择这里的。
