地理位置很方便，就在山塘街景区入口处。但是院子外面经过偶尔闻到下水臭味，小院每天有戏曲表演到晚上10点，相对来説是个很热闹的地方，旁边吃饭坐船都很近

非常满意，满分！
地段绝佳，空间很大装修也很特色，很乾净。
缺点是Wi-Fi不太好，有时候河上的船会有噪音，不过瑕不掩瑜，下次来继续住这里。

Location was good if you dont mind the entrance it’s just at the busy street. Night time super crowded at entrance area but it does not affect us. Very convenient to go for food and shopping street. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is local simple 9 grid box with millet porridge. The main street near entrance will be closed around noon time or later depending on the tourists crowds. The free cruise ticket really worth to go. Whole journey about 50mins boat ride. Room very spacious and clean. My room is at almost end of the area and facing river. The cruise boat docking area just right outside of our room. normally is before 10pm.Noise level very minimal. Overall we had a good stay here.

Had a great time. Room had a great view of the river and location was perfect. Close to all the action, but quiet and tucked away. Comfortable bed and hotel had fun cultural performances!

山塘人家交通便利， 从苏州站搭地铁2,号线（往桑田岛方向），在山塘街站下车，往1号出口步行约9分钟即可抵达。
饭店位於景区内，出了饭店就是步行街，吃的买的.伴手礼应有尽有，值得推荐的住宿！

地理位置：酒店位於市中心，步行10分钟可达地铁站，周边餐厅便利店很多，但临街房间略吵。
设施衞生：房间整洁，床品舒适，但浴室地漏排水较慢，Wi-Fi偶尔不稳定。
服务态度：前台响应迅速，主动帮忙升级房型，但客房服务忘记补充矿泉水。

非常开心的一次家庭出行。
小院的位置很好，出行前酒店添加微信，把打车自行，公交不同方式的到达地点都写的很清楚。从景区门口进去走3分钟，看到茶颜悦色即到小院门口。
院内白墙黑瓦，十分安静。院内不定时有表演，好赏心悦目啊。
房间有地暖带孩子很nice，房间布置的简约风很喜欢。

设施：古色古香的酒店，不是现代化的，装修偏古朴，但设备还可以，有地暖和智能马桶，淋浴水也很大 ??
衞生：肯定比不上现代化的酒店，但也算比较乾净了。

环境：非常好，在一个小园林里面很漂亮，就在河旁边，早上起来还可以在河边喝茶
服务：有个小帅哥服务超好，我们对房间不满意，还帮我们换了房间，临走时还给了我们小礼物。?
