View directly to the Shantang Lake , walking to the famous spot- Qili Shantang. Road under construction now which is hard for us who need to push luggage all the way from the entrance of the road, cars are not allowed to go in. The customer service there was short handed that they could not help to push luggage during our checkout, but we were lucky to have car driver who helped us out . If u have light luggage then it’s not an issue to stay . Inside is vintage style of China room which u can have different feel from other hotels located in the city

老板很好，给升级到了河景大床房，孩子很喜欢，开窗就是河景，还送的一次性浴袋可以泡澡，下次还会选择这里，就在山塘街里，随时可以出来买小吃很方便。

店里麪的环境比较园林风格，住过挺多酒店，这家服务态度真的很好，店长晓华很热情，前台24小时都在线，就在山塘景区入口处，地理环境超级好，适合家庭出行。

这家酒店真的是超级舒服！从踏入酒店开始就很喜欢这里的装修风格，感觉入住到了苏州园林里，房间设施齐全，衞生乾净整洁舒适。前台小姐姐心睿超级有耐心的帮我们解决问题

酒店只占了位置优越，其他都一般，房间好几只蚊子和小飞虫，孩子被咬了好几个包，被褥比较潮湿不过在河边这个也可以理解，床睡觉翻身一动都吱吱想，浴缸旁边还有碎玻璃，应该是之前住客打碎的漱口杯都没有打扫乾净

蛮失望的，淡季花了八百多定的之前蛮期待的，双人房评分第一，进房间一股厕所味，湖景房，但外面是和三间房通的阳台，私密性很差，躺床上无法看湖景，厕所和浴室都是开放的，洗澡水也很小，龙头很破旧。被套里面发现脏的污渍。蚊子也很多。唯一安慰的是服务还不错。另外现在在修路开车也是无法直接到达的需要自己拖行李走进去。门口开的喷雾会让你路都看不见，不过人家门口拍照的人确实多。房间外面看起还是好看的，只是房间里面的感受确实很不好。

可能是因为比较靠近河边，也有一些花花草草的原因，房间里有蚊子，窗上面也积了不少尘埃，设备各种都比较老旧，唯一的优点就是在山塘街的街口对面，非常靠近景点；也有提供早餐，不过不是自助餐，而是房间旁边的一个饭馆提供些小馄炖和麪，很简单；套餐的船票是80元档次的，古运河线；服务态度也不错。

我感觉总体还行，但是还是有点小虫子的，毕竟在湖边，夜晚特别美惬意，打开门就是湖还有椅子桌子，然後马桶是恒温的很舒服，但是衞生间没有门，上个厕所房间就都是味道

这次入住体验非常不错，入店就给我升级了河景房??酒店在山塘街护城河边，很繁华吃行都比较方便，并且离观光码头非常近，小院子非常舒适，入住晚上12点出了点小插曲，店长立马把我们转移到其他分店，非常满意，推荐入住，忘记实景拍照了，哈哈哈！
