饭店的花园很大，还养着鹿，是个拍照的好地方。房间挺大，但是卫生间的地漏最好要处理一下，有味道，开厕所门就闻到很难闻的气味，挺令人失望的。早饭挺丰富，还有豆花，味道不错。

服务很好，就是三楼房间有味道，据说换了墙纸导致，换到二楼好很多，但一大早被吵醒也是很无语。酒店在修大堂门口的路，所以很吵灰也大。房间啥都很好。

习惯给了好评，不过！酒店的服务人员是心情不好呢！还是心情不好呢？去的时候恰逢正门大修，走了不少冤枉路。入店已经12点半多了，办理入住手续的哥哥还面无表情的说房间还在清理，不能入住。如此这般的把我晾在一边自己去做事情了，无法只得在大堂座位等待，服务员以大堂消费区不消费不能座的理由把我请走，10分钟后再问。还是不能入住，我只得拿房卡先到大堂寄包。极品的寄包员各种推诿、不耐烦、不给好脸色看！弄了好久，说听错了我的寄包要求！第二日大堂退房也是磨磨蹭蹭的弄了好久，退房检查怎么会要弄那么久？拜托酒店管理人员好好管管他们！好歹你们也是四星饭店哈，这种服务态度真心要改！

酒店硬件一如既往的好。服务人员有问题，第一订中午12点到双人间无房，改签成单人房。第二寄包的时候，寄包员推诿、不耐烦、不给好脸色看！拜托好歹你们也是四星饭店哈！
