在艺龙网订的，订的时候是有红包标志的，现在已经结束十几天了，红包迟迟没有返到账户，打电话询问，说没有红包。明明写着大大的红包吗，真是莫名其妙。

酒店亮点就是超大面积的草坪，房间层高挺高的，所以特别舒服，开车离天平山只有5分钟距离都不用，周围有个影城是个很大的广场，很多吃的品牌店，酒店门口就是地铁口，地理位置太方便了，客服也很容易沟通，虽然去的时候前门一小处有在施工，但是一点噪音都没有，房间里还有一台电脑💻供使用，早餐也很丰富，不愧为四星酒店！

门口黑车和三轮车挺多。br 大堂人员服务态度很一般。我们下单后联系同程，同程说已经传真了。大堂说没收到，让我们坐着等，表情很冷漠。等了20几分钟，再去催。过了一会说是传真纸放反了，正确放纸后看到传真了。四星级酒店这种效率和态度，真不太满意。br 入住后洗澡，放了半天也没热水。后来联系大堂，十几分钟后换了一间。br 内部面积很大，有草坪和湖，但是外部设施比较老旧，维护得一般。房间里面还不错。
