客厅的面积挺大的，小孩子玩真好。楼下有很多小吃店咖啡馆蛮方便的，就是超市还在装修，如果营业了就更好了。地理位置的话距离观前街等市中心景点也就是出租车15元左右，不堵车10分钟就到了，所以位置还不错。
