刚开始住的那个房间一直有排风响声，11点了还有后来要求换房间，就不响了，服务还行，就是住房有噪音不应该让客人住了。

总体来说还是不错的，很安静！工作人员很亲切，环境也不错，但是房间门锁有问题，害得我们睡觉都不安心，设施有些要做维护，

我觉得雕花楼宾馆属于庭院式酒店。位于东山镇雕花楼旁边，白墙黑瓦，勾心斗角，雕梁画栋，内部装潢古色古色，就是天气热了，房间里有蚊子，开空调的话不会被咬哈哈。预定了2号楼单间，前台帮我升级了豪华单间，真心不错，由于我预定的是早春品茗，送2张雕花楼门票（并可以在里面茶室喝碧螺春），另加雕花楼食府里的一顿晚餐，非常划算。

有人嫌老旧，可能是房型的问题。我们住的是二号楼一楼的豪华大床房，真心不错，外面院子两家共用，室外喝茶很惬意。房间总数不多，还是蛮清静的，适合渡假。用餐推荐去附近的洞庭饭店，外表看着不起眼，但味道不错，生意兴隆。东山，值得再来！

庭院式酒店，房间家具摆设显得典雅大方，房间干净卫生，床品舒适，整个客房处处体现着用心和贴心。掀开窗帘，还有一个小阳台，从阳台望去是雕花楼花园，园子里一片春意盎然，空气中弥漫着淡淡的香味。住在酒店去雕花楼有半价优惠，漫步在曲径上景色无边，假山、半亭、小桥、砖额、漏窗、长廊----觅来，翠竹、腊梅、紫薇，款款相迎，更有一株“孩儿莲”，据说此树自有300多岁，仅在这四月中下旬开花，我可真是赶巧了！倚着栏杆，透着清香的空气，独自静静的欣赏这份惊艳和雅丽。值得一提的是早餐，一碗令人回味的老汤面！下次来还住这里。
