酒店服务一项服务超棒：免费接送住客到市区各个景点游玩，对于我们第一次到苏州来的游客实在是很方便，尤其是我带着父母和孩子这样的“纯自助游旅行团”^ _ ^家庭房很大，床是2米的双床，房间很通透，没有任何异味，各个服务人员的态度都超好，很耐心，早餐很丰富，老爸很少夸酒店早餐，这个居然被老爸夸的……(^O^)绝对配得上五星级。国庆节前订的房间，很划算，最后悔的就是点错按键少住一晚，没房只好换酒店了，下次一定还要住这里
