疫情那段时间去的，服务不好，先是因为疫情我想退掉，酒店不同意。那天人不多，房间并没有住满。订房的时候并不清楚是不是能看到金鸡湖，因为有几个孩子同行，我就问下能不能给一间能看到湖的，前台生硬地说：你们订的房不是湖景房，我们酒店从来没有免费升级这种规定。”回复冷冰冰，给人非常不好的感受，和其他五星酒店相比较，价格算得上五星，服务匹配不了五星级酒店，相差甚远。
