非常不错，距离两个高铁站很近，周边是商业圈，闹中取静。晚上还有夜宵，非常温馨。前台和服务生态度友好，尤其是小盛，有求必应，难得有宾至如归感觉的一家酒店。

元旦家庭出行入住，订了两间房，因为有娃和长者，想房间靠近点，酒店帮升级了房型，娃看到套房里的??乐坏了，设施齐全，有小童拖鞋和牙刷，管家小陈服务热心，还送了欢迎水果，下次出行会考虑再次入住

元旦住了2晚的亲子房A，2.4米的大床＋1.2米的单人床，很适合一家三口住，房间也超级宽敞，总体满意，入住当天加了管家小谢，送了早餐，迎宾水果，天冷，还给了红糖水，银耳羹，服务很周到，感谢??！

酒店坐落在商业区， 4 楼 和商场连结，出去就是影院，吃饭方便得很。定的大床房升级成套房，很宽敞，很乾净，浴缸有浴缸套，想泡个澡也很方便。管家小谢服务周到，还送欢迎水果，小朋友牙刷拖鞋没有，管家小谢马上送到房间，还给了旅游攻略。

I recently stayed at the Days Hotel in Suzhou and had an overwhelmingly positive experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the efficient and friendly check-in process.
The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was also a major plus, being convenient for both exploring the city and accessing transportation links.
The entire staff deserves a special mention for their professionalism and attentiveness. Every request was met with a smile, and they truly contributed to making my stay feel welcoming and hassle-free.
My only area for feedback, and the reason this isn't a perfect 5-star review, was the breakfast offering. While the quality of what was available was fine, the selection was quite limited and the overall scale felt a bit small. A greater variety of hot and cold options would significantly improve this aspect of the stay.
However, this was a minor point in an otherwise excellent visit. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would not hesitate to recommend the Days Hotel Suzhou to other travelers. The fantastic service, comfort, and location far outweighed the breakfast limitations. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to Suzhou.

交通方便，前台给升级了房型 ，房间面积大，洗澡水很大，床品也不错，美美的睡了一觉。早餐丰富 ，位子宽敞。出去吃饭也特别方便，从酒店4楼就可以直接走到商场。

这次短途游的酒店很赞，尤其管家小陈Shiny，非常靠谱，不但介绍了隔壁商场的情况，还附赠了一份苏州游玩攻略，第一天升级了房间，第二天给了两份苏式甜品，很是贴心。酒店设施齐全，安静，旁边有商场，非常方便。早餐也还不错，苏式清汤麪还是可以的，用餐时间到10点

江浙多次去，苏州还是第一次来，匆匆路过打卡，遇到了绝美的秋日。办理入住非常迅速，看我带孩子帮忙升级家庭房，惊喜升级?入住没一会儿，管家小陈及时发了苏州旅游攻略及周边美食攻略，还贴心让机器人赠送了果盘。房间内还有小型消毒柜，杯子??让顾客放心使用。各类国际品牌酒店都住过，还是第一次见直接放消毒柜在房间的??
晚上去山塘街逛完回来，竟然还送了暖心的夜宵藕粉小汤圆，寒夜的家人般的温暖再次涌上心头????回程因为赶高铁没来得及当面感谢，再次感谢管家小陈的温馨服务。苏州，下次再会！
