The location of hotel is excellent, close to metro line4 (~15mins from Suzhou station ??) and line8. You could walk through the shopping mall, enter shopping mall gate no.6 and exit gate no.5 the hotel will be in front of you.
Staff 花花 was very nice, upgraded room and took care of me during my stay.
There were fruits and night meal for complimentary.
A great choice for a solo travel woman ??

Room: clean, spacious, basic toiletries provided; bed n pillow quite comfy.
Location: good, 2 metro stations nearby, one is about 10 mins walk, the other is around 5 mins walk; next to a shopping mall, easy to get food; there is a 24hrs convenience store next to lobby.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is very convenient, nit far from Suzhou train station. There are two subway stations nearby, line 6 and kine 8. The hotel is very neat and tidy. When areiving to the hotel, Ms. Xiaochen (小陈） received us with joy and provided a free room upgrade. Later, she often send some everything snacks to our room. She is very professional and kind. Upon checking out, the fornt desk did not understand how to issue a receipt for foreign APP, but after contacting Xiaochen, she solved it shortly. I highly recommend this hotel, and definitely book in it again when visiting Suzhou.
这家酒店很漂亮和干净。位置很方便，离苏州火车站不远。附近有两个地铁站，6号线和8号线。这家酒店非常整洁。入住酒店时，小陈热情接待了我们，并为我们提供了免费客房升级。后来，她经常把一些小吃送到我们的房间。她非常专业和善良。退房时，前台不知道如何为外国APP开具收据，但在联系了小陈后，她很快就解决了。我强烈推荐这家酒店，以后回苏州时一定会再次预订。
