外出自驾旅游到苏州，在网红的景点打卡劳顿之後，选一家性价比高、能放松休息的酒店也是必修课之一。多次到苏州，住过不同的酒店，这次选择了苏州戴斯酒店，给我们留下了极其难忘的印象。前台接待工作人员培训到位，办理入住热情专业，特别是管家小陈服务周到，让我们有宾至如归的感觉。客房宽畅、整洁、舒适，衞浴设施齐备，空调强劲。酒店有充余的公共停车位，自驾停车特别方便。早餐就餐环境优雅、上档次，早餐品种丰盛。哇！差一点忘记了，晚上送到客房的免费桂花酒酿小丸子，冬日的晚上，让客人吃在嘴里，暖在心里。

Had a pleasant stay, pleasing and quiet environment, friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and linens. Located within 10 mins walk to Metro station, conveniently commuted to places of interest and nearby hubs for delicious local eateries.

前台小盛服务很棒，满足各种需求解决和问题，这次入住体验超棒！酒店环境雅致静谧，大堂设计很有格调，房间视野开阔且布置温馨。服务人员全程热情周到，耐心解答疑问，响应需求超快。设施齐全床品柔软舒适，洗漱用品品质在线。衞生更是无可挑剔，房间角落乾净 ，细节处尽显用心。

这次苏州之旅很不错，我们抵达苏州戴斯酒店很晚了，前台小谢不仅给我们升级了房型，还提供了旅游攻略，第二天还增送了欢迎水果，她真诚的态度和高效的执行力，完美化解了我们的旅途疲惫，真正体现了“宾至如归”。酒店设施齐全，健身房，洗衣房都有，苏式早餐也不错，值得推荐大家去入住～～

第一次订到有三张单人床的家庭房，非常符合我们这次出游的标准！房间大、设施齐全、环境不错、服务优良，昨天苏州天气突然降温，酒店还暖心的送上桃胶炖银耳，待遇简直不要太好！下次来苏州会继续住这里！

Hotel is great in location, clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. The only downside is the air-cond is centralize where the remote for the air-cond in the room became non functional and it will become warm at night. Thus, a fan is needed.

这家酒店住得相当满意。我是晚上近11点办理入住的，感谢酒店帮忙升级了房间。进入房间，看到酒店在细节上很是到位。枕头，床都很舒适。其实我是犹?很久才订的这家酒店，没想到出乎意料的惊喜。地理位置方便，而且房间也很大。性价比很高。早饭很赞，相当有苏州特色。糖粥比街边的好吃。麪条红汤好吃。总之，很是好吃。来苏州，这家绝对可以常住。

浴室防滑措施做的有点差，既然有浴缸??旁边要放个垫子啊，从浴缸出来直接滑倒摔个四脚朝天，脚底直接插到洗手枱转角这个尖鋭地方，五百多一晚的四星酒店，不应该啊。摔倒後老公打电话给前台，説需要包紮，结果就让机器人送了碘酒和创可贴，这服务也不太行，没有及时包紮，一直流血，流了很多。後来在纠结打120和前台，我用自己手机拨通了，才上来人处理，带我去医院，医药费酒店也没有表示自己付的。怎麽説，酒店也得负主要责任吧！下次是不敢再去住了，非常差的体验了！喜提半个月卧床！

性价比非常高。
设施：房间设施齐全，宽敞明亮，家庭房的大床足够宽。屋里有一个小朋友的小帐篷，酒店有洗衣房小童游乐区，小孩子很喜欢。酒店离地铁很近，出行方便。
服务：管家小陈服务热情周到，主动告知入住相关事宜并推荐旅游线路，非常贴心。入住有水果，晚上还送来了甜品。
