设计很**的酒店，大部分房间在大堂下面，还没窗子，配置各种拧巴。服务人员态度应付敷衍。不可能再来。

酒店总体还行，在东山旅游算是不错的选择。外观设计现代、服务人员也比较和善、早餐也不错（客人不多，没有很多人跟你抢），有一点有待改进，就是房间空调设施，入住第一天连续换房两次，第一次空调噪音太大，即刻换到隔壁，没想到新房间位于楼层设备间旁（酒店设计有问题），夜里根本没办法睡觉，再次要求换房。虽然最后得以解决，但入住体验收到影响。另外，酒店前台为了节省开支，不愿意将二楼客房分给客人（再三强调二楼房间小，教唆客人选择一楼），这不是五星级酒店应有的服务。

酒店位于太湖边上，导航定位蛮好找的。房间装修还可以，没有窗子的房间有点闷，酒店早餐去晚了，很多只剩下空盘子……

交通还可以，开了导航定位，就在太湖边上。酒店房间装修较新，蛮大的，但很遗憾的是房间空调声音大到离谱，无法入睡，只能关掉。酒店没有多余的配套娱乐设施，吃喝玩乐都在对面的太湖小厨，但是步行到对面，没有人行道，身旁的车子呼啸而过，有点危险……酒店的早餐还行，煎蛋的阿姨态度超好，面条煮的也好吃。但是去晚了，其它很多只剩下空盘子……

太超值的一次订房了，酒店环境很好，很有设计感的建筑又在景区里，这个价格还有早餐虽然东西少了点但也很好了。
