从同程订的房，总体来说订房服务还是顺畅的，唯一的是希望能够灵活点服务，预定后想升级房型结果不能变更。br再说回酒店，酒店的设施和服务，亲子出行基本完美，有泳池，还免费加婴儿床，这个点赞，宝宝很喜欢在小床上翻滚；早餐也算不错。周边去金鸡湖很近，去诚品书店很近，毕竟附近是苏州的高新区。就是酒店附近没啥吃的和便利店。去酒店的时候，正好遇到房间还没有打扫完，客房服务员说还没有打扫完，问问前台是不是开错房了，结果跟前台一沟通，立马就可以进去了，说好的没有打扫完呢？厕所的确没有打扫十分好。卫生这里扣一颗星，其他完美。
