妥妥的五星级水准！虽然位置离市中心有点远，但如果开车来这都不是问题了。有地上车位个地下车库，保准能停下不用担心。家庭套房有房间门，相当安静的两个空间。没什么缺点要挑，客房服务人员非常热情，主动打招呼。如果下次住苏州，我想我还会选择这家酒店，很放心

申请要了一床被子 开始说发完了没有了 最后好不容易说动了拿来一床 真是无语了 楼层服务还不错 拿来一个微波炉给客人用 最值得称赞的饭店周末的早茶 性价比很高

刚办完入住手续 前台的态度太不客气 太冷冰冰了 跟别人欠她钱似的 让人感觉非常不舒服 餐厅服务态度很热情 非常令人满意 房间设施还行 接下来是不是续住 再看吧 要是冲着前台 就真不打算住了 也不推荐各位住
