非常的差，老掉牙的装修，设施陈旧，房价过高163根本不值。可恶服务员10点钟来敲门要求打扫房间，退房时跟前台反应，人家说本来服务员8点就要去打扫的，彻底无语！公家的酒店真的要去学习人家连锁酒店或者外资酒店，本来想本着负责人的态度提下意见的，看到大堂两名经理模样的人躲在柱子后面聊天，也就算了！坚决不推荐！

2月21日晚才从杭州赶过来，头一天就在艺龙客服进行了该酒店的预留服务，但10点赶到长城饭店却没有预留房间，前台说没有看到艺龙的提示，只有安排在较差的房间将就一晚，好在第二天酒店主动安排到豪华标间，这才安抚了我们。我们总体感觉该酒店还蛮正规，能在苏州老城区交通旅游都蛮方便的地段有这大的国营酒店还是不错的。

环境不错，安静，服务不错。地铁2号线山塘街站1号口出来就到，七里山塘就在门口，去留园走十多分钟。502空调不热，建议修修。
