很好，虽然三星老宾馆，但是很正规，安全，价钱还行。条件更新不错，网速好，下次来苏州直接来这了，离山塘街，地铁，火车站很近

体验非常差，首先是房间没有电吹风，电话都是坏的，如果要跟总台联系，要跑到电梯门口打电话，因为没有电吹风，打电话到酒店总台跟被耍猴子一样命令楼上楼下跑了三趟找B楼的总台，因为找不到B楼服务员然后联系酒店总台的时候，酒店总台服务员态度极差，命令我跑来跑去不算，还不帮处理问题还跟我吵架，叫我投诉她，还说：“干什么要告诉你工号”，还挂我电话，然后在我面前趾高气昂的摆脸色，终于理解为什么评论里说酒店服务差了

屋子很干净，大小合适，距离地铁山塘街站，出门就是七里山塘街，特别方便，价钱十月一有点小贵，相比别家。性价比比较高，就是卫生间洗澡水下不去。有点郁闷，累了。不换了
