宾馆老，设施差，一听是网上预定的就给我们的最差的房间，连打扫都没有打扫，被子都没折就让我们进去了，服务态度极差，看到没有打扫我们就要求换房，总台直接要求我们付380，根本就一副吃定了预定的客人不可能退房的样子。差评！

订了4个房间设施陈旧，床上用品，卫生洁具，空调，桌椅，连席梦思都很差劲，不知是席梦思用的太久了还是质量问题，都有些塌陷了，没睡好觉。其实我也看到有评论说设施陈旧，但看到是长城饭店这名字，又是三星，住过的长城饭店均比较好，以为不差，真没想到很差劲，对不起260元的价，就值个120元。
