和千岛湖那边的假日酒店比真的是差别太大了，首先是餐食，198的套餐绝对就只够1个人吃，每个菜如果3个人吃基本一人一勺就见底了。而且有几个服务员都在旁边聊天不出声喊是叫不到人的，就在那里聊自己的。所以绝对别在餐厅吃更加别点套餐！客房服务也是，总体相比，就是这次的苏州假日酒店的服务不到位，欠缺服务意识！很多服务应该想在顾客的前面，而不是叫你干嘛才干嘛，这就太被动了。

酒店很不错，前台接待和行李运送的服务人员都很好，早餐还不错，基本上该有的都有。房间也蛮大的，不错不错，以后来苏州应该还会继续住这里的。

硬件是好的 地段比较偏 服务...狠慢 这些都可以理解的
然后 卫生方面...无烟房间的卫生间有一个烟蒂明晃晃躺在地板上 居然没有清理干净 开始怀疑是不是真的香格里拉叻...
