户型有点小，除洗手台上有一盒抽纸外，房间内竟然没有抽纸。总体感觉户型紧凑，不像豪华酒店，更像普通酒店升级款。

酒店地理位置相当不错，在金鸡湖商业圈里，附近有新天地、久光百货等大型综合体。作为老牌的五星级酒店，刚入大堂发现这家凯悦设计的有点另类，没有常规五星酒店富丽堂皇的感觉。前台接待有礼貌但没有五星级酒店该有的热情。酒店电梯按钮设计的也有问题，六门电梯一字排开但按钮只有中间二门有，太不方便了。房间总体不错，但装修细节有点毛糙，洗手间连电子称也没有。早餐不错，总算让我感受到凯悦的优质服务。
