洲际酒店的地理位置是苏州最好的，紧靠金鸡湖，周边就是时代广场，诚品书店。五星的设施和服务一流。就是到酒店办理入住居然要一个多小时后才能拿到房卡，要知道已经是16点到店的呢，好在前台给了个免费大堂吧饮料券，给了个湖景房，也算弥补吧。
