请大家不要通过艺龙定酒店。艺龙太黑了。先是信用卡先消费，而不是预授权，让我支付掉订房款4309元。然后叫我前台付现。退房时我前台又支付了4309元。从主店到离店后艺龙三天没有核实入住信息 。没有退换我信用卡消费的钱。打4个客服电话，在线联系，都是一句：催过了。耐心等。直到现在离店两天。还没有核实我入住信息 。摆明了抢钱骗钱骗利息的节奏。

机器人服务很好，很个性化，湖景房也很好，入住的时候五点房间才打扫好，这个不是太好，前台还很有理由的说，因为生意太好，所以来不及打扫，那是怪我们都去入住喽？
