酒店地理位置绝佳，旁边就是诚品和金鸡湖，逛商场也方便，但是酒店设施很不人性化，房间射灯安装太多，主灯太暗，化妆镜反光，整个房间光线设置太不合理，无法看书和化妆，酒店工作人员服务态度很好，没有板个脸的人，但是遇上下雨房间霉味重

位置特别好，湖景可以看日落。周围的餐厅也很多可以选择。。酒店早餐选择性很多。还有手拿杯咖啡可以带走。。说设施不好的是卫生间没有送风系统。或者是我没找到开关啊。请酒店客房给一个回答呢。。。关于卫生给4颗星是因为在浴缸上方的墙坎位置发现了一根头发。。

到苏州必住的酒店，唯一，没有之一。住洲际之前是中茵，感觉中茵的湖景没有洲际的房间的棒。小朋友非常喜欢服务机器人，也是一亮点。离成品书店仅一桥之隔，步行就可以过去。到久光也是步行能达。出行感觉比中茵方便。早餐很好，种类很丰盛，每次去苏州都是慢住个几天，悠悠闲闲待个三四天，吃饭基本都在中餐厅解决，菜式很合小朋友胃口

酒店位置特别好，入住的是豪华大床特别舒服，服务也特别好还有机器人服务员，特别主要讲一下打扫卫生的阿姨 桂月芳 阿姨，打扫的特别干净 热情 东北老乡在苏州 阿姨说很久没有和东北人说话了，希望东北的朋友入住洲际酒店建议 推荐 桂月芳阿姨帮忙打扫，干净整洁 自己的东西也帮忙收拾的干净利索，住酒店一般很少评论，不过这次真的感谢月芳阿姨。
