这个国庆出去住了洲际，皇冠假日，万豪，对比之下，洲际简直就是完美的存在。其实订洲际之前我也看了评论，尤其是差评，然后发现这次入住完全没有差评里面说的那些情况，应该是酒店针对差评有意优化了服务的吧，哈哈。反正就是从前台到电梯到进房间，哪哪儿都有服务人员，并且都微笑热情。入住当天是双节，还送了一盒月饼，房间装修也是我很喜欢的风格，家具很有质感，那个圆沙发，我女儿玩儿得很高兴。楼下就是诚品和金鸡湖，很好很舒服。

酒店位置很好，就在金鸡湖边，对面是诚品，边上又有圆融时代广场和新光天地，闹中取静，餐饮、娱乐、休闲都非常方便。酒店设施服务都很好，井然有序，下次来苏州，还是会选择洲际的。

非常赞的酒店，去苏州游玩的首选。我们是第二次入住了，订的湖景房，窗口的金鸡湖特别美丽。洲际的服务很好，早餐也非常丰盛。疫情虽然有所缓和，但酒店的管理严格且不失人性化。进入餐厅，工作人员会提醒戴好口罩，并提供塑料袋放口罩，让客人感觉放心安心。由于行程安排有变，酒店还很人性化地让我们推迟到14:00退房。谢谢洲际，下次还是选你们！

第二次入住苏州洲际，除了设施有些陈旧，别的都好，湖景更是无敌。金鸡湖边的五星酒店，洲际占了得天独厚的优越位置，所以入住率一直都是很高的。床品也很舒服。服务也很到位。就是房间空调声音太响了

疫情期间人不是很多，酒店位置很好，出门就是金鸡湖！老牌店了服务贴心房间面积也够大，送餐进房的奥灶面真心好吃！唯一门口停车场柱子最好取消，不小心容易刮！
