本来两个人去，定了一个双人房，后面行程有变，想请前台换一下大床房，前台接待说没有大床房，后面又说有大床房，但是在开员工大会没有人打扫，不能入住。房间没有，解释，表示理解，但是不能欺骗顾客。
入住后，感觉环境对得起这个价格，但是房间设施不人性化，床头没有插头，中央空调声音大得可以。房间wufi无法连接，等于摆设。
希望能改进
