前台工作人员态度傲慢无礼，我订的优先大床房，直接被安排了双床房，电话给前台，工作人员及其不耐烦，我刚问了一句就冷冷的回复我，让我找艺龙去她犯不着跟我解释有事让艺龙给她们打电话。后来我再次电话问她们可否帮我换成大床房，人家傲慢的答复你订的什么就是什么，换房那是不可能的，再说也没房给你换（大白天就说谎话，我入住的时候对面一排都是大床房全空的，晚上11点多回来，抬头看楼上也没几个房间亮灯）。我就搞不明白你们这酒店到底对客人有多大怨恨呢？搞得跟遇见仇人似的，搞得我心情极差，很久都没有遇见服务，态度这么差的啦！我特地拍了前台接待工作人员的照片，大家入住遇这两人还是换其它酒店吧，不然你会觉得让你白住你都不愿意。

出乎意料地差，朋友代订的酒店，环境差，服务差，早餐的粥就像泔水，前台的服务员是坐着讲话的，眼皮都不抬，感觉进了政府机关！真不如住隔壁汉庭
