服务一般，房间的灰能那么大也是醉了，我都怀疑有没有清洁过。喂兔子只有两只也没人管理的。入住的时间也很慢。特色的亲子没一般般，儿童乐园不大。泳池还算大

服务和环境都满意 但是入住的几天正好碰上德国啤酒节 晚上到了九十点还是吵得要死 根本没法好好休息 宝宝的睡眠也受到影响

其他都不错，就是定了2间房间，有一间等了好久，不过最后一间房给升了套房。早餐不错！适合度假性质的游玩

老牌星级酒店了，酒店及周边环境很好，特别是独墅湖的风景，整体感觉更安静。服务也很周到，特别是标间有135的床，感觉更适合带孩子出来的。喂兔子，儿童剧场等亲子活动来不及体验，酒店里走走就很舒服。如果要出去玩，就觉得有点远了，酒店出来就得两公里，自驾的可能好点。个人感觉，性价比还是很高的。有机会再来入住。
