办入住排队排了半个多小时，我是同程网上订的，工作人员说是携程给他们的信息，要的房型也没有给说没收到信息。到房间打电话问客房部给小孩要一双拖鞋和牙具，打了两次电话等了一个多小时送来两双拖鞋，已经没兴趣再说什么了。房间大是挺大，设施一般吧，反正不值1400多
