晚上孩子有点发烧，头疼，打过去前台问有没有退热的药，前台的人说了半天居然还不知道，到后来来了一句没有，酒店咋连个最基本的药都不配备好呢！真是太失望了，过去前台的那个男服务员居然一问三不知的，反正就是不太满意她们的服务

是苏州新区性价比最好的公寓式酒店。房间内有厨房和家电设备，有基本的厨具和餐具。床很柔软舒适。有地道的西式早餐和中日结合式早餐可供选择。br房间里使用的是一拖多的分体式冷热空调，机组调试的不好，工作不太理想。
