5楼湖景房只能看到远处一条线，进房间就闻到一股霉味，床上发现有头发，要求换床单，服务员还不是很乐意，总之住的不舒服。

还没入住，就感受到了酒店温馨的服务，停车场大叔跑前跑后帮助找车位，前台办理入住的小卫、小李服务热情、考虑周到，非常贴心，房间、环境更是没的说，超满意

十一一家人出游，太湖边，现在周围设施不是很全，也许过一两年就会很好了～
