经常入住此宾馆，老宾馆管理规范，服务良好，房间内衞生比较好，热水出水快，有净水系统，酒店在步行街附近，饮食、购物比较方便。酒店交通方便，停车位比较多。

在老城区，办事比较方便，停车也方便，晚上周边还有夜市，就是饭店年代比较老了，作为暂且歇歇脚还是不错的

酒店位置很好，就在步行街的门口，同时距离吴江景点也比较近，交通方面总体上还是比较方便的，硬件设施比较新，乾净衞生。

环境：周边吃饭逛街都很方便
服务：前台服务很难评，多要几瓶矿泉水还要收费，还以为是多好的水，结果就是康师傅而已，300多一晚的酒店这个吃相实在有点太难看

房间设施比较全，但是衞生不好，比如墙角蜘蛛网和灰尘、床头卡片长霉、本子和夹子里面外面都是灰、钟和应急手电筒没电、蚊子很多，可能是和养绿萝有关。早餐还可以。我觉得可能是因为现在经济不好，为了节约成本，但是衞生基本工作还是要认真仔细安排。

位置，环境尚可，硬件我要説了，插头有问题，插不进去，另外矿泉水没了，软件我让客房送两瓶説，三元一瓶，好吧，还不如一些经济连锁酒店，那我就不喝了，另外没有空调，晚上有些冷，説是管道维修，无法供暖，呵呵
