第一次住。本来想多住几天 但是体验太差 进门的一个年轻保安服务太差 卡在家人身上叫刷下电梯都不刷。说叫人来接 你说态度好点就算了 或者说我们不方便刷都可以 一边说话还一边磕着瓜子 早晨因为没有牙刷去前台拿两把牙刷还要等前台上班 房间竟然连个浴袍都没有 不会再住下次

酒店地理位置不错，就在中茵皇冠旁边，价钱比隔壁的低，性价比很高。进电梯需要刷电梯卡，出门去苏州中心不小心把卡忘在房间里了，前台小哥很耐心的帮忙刷卡进房间里了，一点都没有埋怨，感谢。房间也很舒服，空间很大，也可以看到东方之门的，夜景不错。

房间一般般，一般公寓有的那些杯子，锅，筷子等一概没有，也直接打消了我做饭的念头；浴室中等，居然没有睡衣提供，好吧；整体环境一般般，阳台的景色是个亮点，可以直接看到大秋裤，还有值得一提的是前台小妹很热情，仔仔细细为我解答了相关的问题，我不会刷电梯卡，还特意跑过来示范了一番，好像叫小鱼？还是小于？不管如何，感谢你的热情款待

酒店位于苏州金鸡湖旁边，旁边就是苏州中心。要停车券需要预约，性价比还是挺高的，有厨房有客厅，厨房只能简单加工，就是房间可能太大，细节卫生需要加强，这一点需要加强改进，适合家庭聚会。

酒店位置很好！东方之门 苏州中心 湖景很好！说一个缺点 酒店房卡只能刷开一个电梯 早晚出去的时候很不方便 遇到急事的时候竟然是走下去的
