酒店地理位置还可以，离金鸡湖商业街都很近！至于其他就真的很糟糕，放间除了面积够大，设备陈旧，卫生差，地面全是灰，因为带小朋友入住，小朋友到处跑摸的一手灰！再来说说服务，入住时态度很一般，想换个楼层的高的，说没有（也可能真没有）但服务员的态度让人感觉在敷衍客人！再就是退房了，前台没有人，看到后面办公室里坐了两个人，我一直在叫有人没？有人帮忙退房吗？里面坐的两人一声不吭，走进去再问她们就直接开骂了（自称不是前台工作人员）“我不是为你们服务的，有钱住五星级酒店去”粗话脏话也出来了，这种酒店以后绝对不会再去！！

卫生太差了，应该没换被套，阳台也好久没擦了，被子上有血迹，问前台，没有解决，服务不行，想不了了之。高楼层看看风景还行吧，其他真心不咋地
