房间的确很大，但是房间连个电话都没有，订的早餐本来八点送到，过十分钟还没有，还要我打电话问，说40才能到！要出差的人要不要上班了？这么一个大牌子的酒店连增值税专用发票都不能开，叫什么中茵皇冠？！

硬件设施不错，服务质量极差，入住后反映卫生间地漏堵了，服务员说先回去想办法解决可到退房也没来人过问此事。问服务员Wi-Fi密码，服务员愣了一会说没有，可到房间后服务手册上写着Wi-Fi密码，让人感觉非常不舒服，总之服务质量、服务意识太差
