酒店服务态度很好，酒店的风景也很不错，天气好的时候在同里湖边坐坐，很惬意。酒店的泳池温度挺高的，就是水有点浑。

在同事推荐下春节预定了该酒店。初四下午上海出发，1小时10分到达，开车很方便。酒店服务人员很热情，都会主动微笑打招呼。入住的湖景房，开窗风景很好，设施略旧，但很干净。饭店环境相当棒，就象一个大公园，早晨、餐后沿湖边散步，小桥、亭台楼阁，草坪、喷泉，让人心旷神怡。孩子最喜欢喂兔子了，兔子很亲人。中餐厅的早餐品种很多，味道也不错；卡夫卡的早餐相对品种少了些；西餐厅人很多，没能进去。
酒店离同里古镇很近，酒店有车直接送到景区口，逛好古镇自己走回来约1.5km，入口的保安还主动问是不是要安排电瓶车来接，感觉很贴心。
如果您来同里玩，该酒店是亲子出游住宿的好地方。

感觉很好，服务人员的培训很到位，态度亲切主动，宾馆干净整洁，富有诗情画意。早餐也很好，不知道是不是人流没有到，没有其他酒店早餐人满为患的感觉。游泳池有点小，边上儿童池温度不错，但是泡泡池水温有点低了。儿童乐园还行，再弄个蹦床就更好了。离同里北还算近，不开车走过去逛逛还是有点远，要靠宾馆班车的话太麻烦。

酒店服务很好，不管什么需求，都能得到满意答复！设施齐全，景色很美！中餐厅菜色不错，有点贵，但是五星级酒店，还算价格合理！最美中不足的就是早餐，有点对不起98一份，豆浆和豆腐脑的口味有点怪！
