老牌子酒店，几年前和家里人去过数次。首先说说服务，前台服务员很热心，考虑到我们带着宝宝还帮我们升级到家庭房，客房服务能按照我的需要多配几瓶水和浴巾，退房时宝宝睡觉还给延迟到下午2点，酒店内的服务员都能面带微笑接待。所以软件上给5分。硬件上就差一点，毕竟时间长了，很多硬件上有点陈旧。儿童游乐场在整修，搬到了二楼瑜伽馆，东西少了点。喂养兔子活动吸引很多小朋友，蛮亲子的。游泳池不错，有3个室内，一个是大人的泳池，水温较低在27-28度；一个是儿童泳池，水温在30度，一点不冷，还有水上滑滑梯；一个是按摩泳池，水温也在30度左右。泳池的格局很好。总体来说印象不错，下次还会继续选择入住。

来同里镇玩，看了众多酒店，最终选择了，这家。给我印象最深的这家酒店从保安至所有工作人员态度情切，并且能主动上前服务和打招呼，体现了作为5星级酒店应有的服务素质，再结合酒店天然的紧贴同里湖的风光，这家酒店就是一个度假区，同时配有泳池，健身房，桌球，乒乓球等设施，哪怕全天呆在酒店也不会无聊，下次还会选择这家酒店。
