酒店里的风景特别好，就在湖边，还有一处园林，光在酒店里走走就很惬意啦。亲子的活动也不少，喂兔子，喂小鱼，儿童乐园，室内儿童泳池，带3岁半的孩子玩得很开心。酒店员工服务很热情，特别是前台阳小梅和杜斌弟，介绍房间、环境都很细致，有应必答。要说不足的话，房内装修、设施一般，但是就工作日的价格来说，性价比还是很棒的

酒店离同里古镇非常近，面积很大，室内室外均有孩子游玩的区域，早餐中西餐都有，在酒店试了中餐，很不错。 另外酒店泳池，健身房，SPA都有，天气不好也可以在酒店打发时间，推荐

春节出行，酒店员工服务亲切，早餐安排有序。湖景房身处酒店最佳观景位置，在下雨的冬日待在房间也不会无聊。泳池布局合理，水温舒适，还有单独的温水池和儿童泳池。
入住期间接触过三位客房服务阿姨，都非常亲切。小宝宝因为天冷不能出门哭闹，服务员苏兰兰帮忙安抚。本来的三天预订因为宝宝不适应的原因申请退订最后一晚，王经理特地来到房间了解情况并帮助协调。退房当天下午，回到家中还收到酒店的问候短信，非常暖心。
